A tower crane has been installed at the construction site of E11EVEN Residences Beyond in Park West.
Currently, two 65-story E11EVEN towers are rising on the same block, with the first tower already approximately halfway up.
E11EVEN Residences Beyond, where the new crane has just been installed, will include:
558 residential units
7,119 square feet for a bar/cocktail lounge/nightclub
21,611 square feet of retail space
Groundbreaking for E11EVEN Residences Beyond took place in June 2023, following developers PMG and E11EVEN Partners securing a $262 million construction loan.
Construction is also ongoing for the first tower, called E11EVEN Hotel & Residences.
