A foundation pour for the 67-story Mercedes-Benz Place tower has been completed, according to the developer’s social media account.

Vertical construction is expected to begin in July.

The pour took place over the weekend, using over 10,000 cubic yards of concrete.

This development is one of the largest currently under construction in Florida, spanning over 2.5 million square feet.

Mercedes-Benz Place will feature 791 residential units, along with office, hotel, retail, and amenity space.
