The developer behind a large residential complex at the Earlington Heights Metrorail station has filed new renderings and plans.
Earlington Metro, LLC, the developer, is seeking Miami-Dade Administrative Site Plan Review for the workforce multifamily development.
The proposal includes two 15-story towers on land currently occupied by bus bays, which the county will lease to the developer.
The new development is set to feature:
856 residential units
33,827 square feet of retail space
The filing was submitted to the county on June 19. The architect for the project is Arquitectonica.
