A master construction permit was issued this week for Brickell’s 75-story Baccarat Residences tower. Records indicate the master permit, issued on July 15, designates John Moriarty as the contractor, replacing a phased vertical permit.
Baccarat Residences is set to be one of the tallest towers in Miami, with a planned height of 75 stories, or 848 feet above ground and 852 feet above sea level. Construction has been ongoing since October 2023, with tower cranes installed in recent months. These cranes are expected to reach heights of 887 feet and 906 feet above ground.
Construction is also progressing on a second tower on the property, known as Viceroy Brickell. This building will feature 420 condos within a 45-story tower.
