Moss Construction will lead the construction of Villa Miami, a groundbreaking luxury waterfront development in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Scheduled to break ground in the summer of 2024, Villa Miami marks the first collaboration between Major Food Group, David Martin’s Terra, and One Thousand Group. Located at 710 NE 29th St., Villa Miami will rise 56 stories to a height of 650 feet, designed as a striking architectural landmark. The building, conceived by ODP Architects under the direction of rising star Kurt Dannwolf, features a distinctive copper-colored exoskeletal design that will make it an iconic addition to the Edgewater skyline.

The interior design is led by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., renowned for her previous work with Soho House and high-profile clients such as Sony Music, Goop, George and Amal Clooney, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, and David and Victoria Beckham.
Landscape architect Enzo Enea is spearheading Villa Miami’s green design, integrating native plants into the surrounding environment. Moss Construction, guided by Brett Atkinson, brings extensive experience in luxury high-rise developments, including recent collaborations with David Martin’s Terra on projects like the Five Park Miami Beach, which is set to complete this year. Global structural design firm DeSimone, known for its work on over 10,000 buildings including many of the most notable high-rises in New York and Miami, will engineer the impressive structure.
Villa Miami will feature 72 exclusive full and half-floor residences, offering vertical estate-style living with panoramic water views. Amenities will include Major Domo estate manager services, a rooftop helipad, poolside service, spa and wellness facilities, access to a branded beach club, and a fully serviced elevated pool deck. The tower will also house an on-site MFG restaurant with private lounge spaces, providing residents with preferred reservations, provisioning, and at-home MFG chef services.
