A site work permit has been granted for the Edgewater property where the 38-story Hamilton House is slated to be built.
Additionally, a tree permit application was submitted on June 6 and is currently under review.
The site work permit, valued at approximately $1.8 million, was approved on June 17 but has not yet been issued.
A master construction permit for the new tower entered its fourth review cycle on May 31.
The upcoming tower is set to feature 114 luxury apartments and a waterfront restaurant spanning 7,000 square feet.
