A developer has submitted plans for a new “live local” tower in Little River to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB).
In a letter accompanying the submission, the project’s architect described the proposed development as a “confident, contemporary intervention” that aims to contribute meaningfully to the evolving character of the neighborhood.
The 22-story tower is set to rise approximately 235 feet and will include:
· 348 residential units, with 40% designated as workforce housing
· 5,912 square feet of commercial space
· 406 parking spaces distributed across 8 levels of garage
Corwil Architects is leading the design, and the project is being developed by an affiliate of Midtown Capital Partners.
The UDRB is scheduled to review the proposal at its July 16 meeting.
