A topping-off ceremony was held yesterday for Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, marking a major construction milestone for the luxury condominium tower in Downtown Miami.
The building has officially reached its full height of 56 stories, with a planned permanent height of approximately 638 feet above ground (or 648 feet above sea level), according to an earlier FAA filing.
Once complete, Casa Bella will feature 319 residential units, with over 90% already under contract. Unit delivery is expected by summer 2026.
The project is being developed by Alta Developers and Related Group.
