Developer Empira has officially broken ground on The Perrin, a 26-story Class-A multifamily tower set to rise in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.
The Perrin is one of only a handful of multifamily projects to begin construction in Brickell in recent years. Once complete, the high-rise will feature 310 rental apartments and mark Empira’s second development in the greater Downtown Miami area.
The project is backed by $111 million in construction financing secured from Goldman Sachs. Completion is anticipated in 2027.
