Global anticipation continues to grow around DAMAC International’s first U.S. residential project, and one of the few in the country by Zaha Hadid Architects: The Delmore – a 12-story oceanfront showpiece in the heart of Miami’s Billionaire’s Triangle.
That excitement hit a new high this week with the debut of a meticulously crafted, bespoke sales gallery for the ultra-luxury condominium, which continues to lead the local market with residences averaging $40 million.
Tara West, Director of Sales for The Delmore and a top-performing figure in South Florida’s high-end real estate scene, led the gallery’s opening alongside exclusive broker Douglas Elliman.
“The Delmore is a testament to DAMAC’s commitment to exceed expectations, and this sales gallery is proof of that dedication to excellence,” said West. “Global buyers are more captivated than ever by Miami as a primary home destination. I’m proud to say The Delmore stands alone in its design, craftsmanship, and oceanfront lifestyle.”
Located at 8777 Collins Avenue in the Town of Surfside, The Delmore will soon rise as one of the most exclusive addresses in the region. Meanwhile, its new 4,500-square-foot sales gallery—located at 301 71st Street in Miami Beach—offers a preview of what’s to come.
A curated selection of images has been released following the gallery’s unveiling, offering glimpses of the space’s craftsmanship. However, the full experience remains appointment-only, preserving its air of exclusivity.
“This is a project that must be experienced firsthand,” added West. “From the moment brokers and prospective buyers step inside, they’ll be captivated—instantly immersed in the rare beauty and exclusivity that define life at The Delmore.”
Upon entering the gallery—tucked behind greenery and marked by a stately entrance—visitors are greeted by a stunning ceiling-mounted screen portraying The Delmore’s 75-foot translucent sky pool, complete with a digitally rendered swimmer gliding overhead. It’s a preview of one of the project’s most distinctive amenities, and the only of its kind in the Miami market.
Inside the open model residence, interiors channel the sophistication of the homes themselves. Lavish finishes, refined materials, and the sculptural marble kitchen island by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) create a rich sensory experience. A detailed scale model further showcases the project’s layout, architecture, and breathtaking oceanfront proximity.
“This gallery is the result of months of planning and bold vision,” said Jeffery Rossely, Senior Vice President of Development for DAMAC International. “Its impeccable design previews the next generation of luxury The Delmore will deliver—Miami’s ultimate residential destination.”
The Delmore will feature just 37 fully finished mansions, starting at $15 million. Residences average 7,000 square feet, with penthouses beginning at 10,000 square feet. Each includes private elevator foyers, and will be supported by residential butlers and a dedicated Residence Manager, ensuring every comfort and convenience.
Amenities include a rooftop deck with sunset, Bay, and skyline views, a fitness center, an indoor 75-foot lap pool, a signature meditation garden, and a residents-only restaurant with a curated Michelin-starred menu.
Located just minutes from Bal Harbour and adjacent to Indian Creek, The Delmore stands at the center of Miami’s elite “Billionaire’s Triangle.” Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in 2029.
