The team behind Domus Brickell Center, a planned 35-story tower in the heart of Brickell, has taken a key step forward by finalizing a utilities agreement with Miami-Dade County’s Water & Sewer Department, officially recorded on June 30.
According to the agreement, Domus Brickell Center is set to include:
- 579 hotel-style residential units
- 3,507 square feet of full-service restaurant space
A master construction permit for the tower is currently under review. A demolition permit to clear the development site was previously issued in 2023.
The project is being developed by North Development, a joint venture between Miami-based Oak Capital, led by developer Ricardo Dunin, and Edifica, a prominent firm based in Peru. The design is being led by Mc+G Architecture.
Once complete, Domus Brickell Center will add a significant number of short-term rental-friendly units to the Brickell market, enhancing both hospitality and residential offerings in one of Miami’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
