NoMad Residences Wynwood, which broke ground in September 2023, is steadily progressing toward completion. Recent photos reveal that the exterior cladding is now largely in place. According to a representative for the developers, the project is on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The development will feature 329 fully finished and furnished condominium units, all designed for flexible rental use. Over 80% of the units are already under contract.
