A newly finalized agreement will connect Edge House, a planned 57-story tower in Edgewater, to Miami-Dade’s Water & Sewer system. The utilities deal was completed on July 15 and confirms the project will include 608 residential units.
The condos are being sold with short-term rental flexibility and will be delivered fully finished and furnished.
According to a prior FAA filing, Edge House is set to rise 637 feet above ground (or 641 feet above sea level), placing it among the tallest buildings in the area.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held in March, and site work is currently underway with an active permit.
The project is being developed by Grupo T&C, with architecture by Kobi Karp.
