YTECH’s ‘Seven Broadway’, a striking new residential tower planned for Miami’s vibrant Brickell neighborhood, has received unanimous approval from the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB). Represented by Carlos Lago of Greenberg Traurig throughout the application process, the project marks another milestone in Brickell’s continued rise as one of the densest and most design-forward urban neighborhoods in the United States.
Designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), Seven Broadway will rise 54 stories to a height of 682 feet and will feature 113 luxury residences and 193 parking spaces. Planned amenities include a rooftop pool, among other high-end lifestyle offerings.
"We’re proud to have represented YTECH in securing unanimous approval from the City of Miami’s UDRB for Seven Broadway,” said Carlos Lago, attorney in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami Land Use & Land Development Practice. “This project reflects the highest caliber of urban design and planning, thanks to the vision of Kohn Pedersen Fox and YTECH’s continued commitment to excellence. From strategic site assemblage to predevelopment milestones and now design approval, this marks an exciting step toward bringing a landmark residential tower to the heart of Brickell."
The tower will rise at 75 and 41 Southwest 15th Road, just steps from Brickell Avenue. YTECH acquired the 0.3-acre site—currently in the demolition phase—for approximately $8.2 million, and secured $19.5 million in pre-development financing from Israel Discount Bank.
‘Seven Broadway’ represents a major advancement in the evolution of Brickell as a high-density, design-centric urban neighborhood. YTECH’s CEO Yamal Yidios emphasized the firm’s long-term commitment to quality and architectural integrity, calling the tower the result of years of meticulous planning and refinement.
The project is located near another YTECH development, The Residences at 1428 Brickell—a 70-story, solar-powered luxury tower currently under construction—further solidifying the developer’s imprint on the future of Miami’s urban residential landscape.
