The planned Midtown 7 building in Midtown Miami has received height approval from the Federal Aviation Administration and is progressing in the permitting process.
According to a determination letter dated May 22, the tower is approved to reach a maximum height of 352 feet above ground, or 367 feet above sea level.
The developer is listed as PPF AMLI 3001 NE 1st Avenue, LLC.
A construction permit for the tower was applied for with Miami’s Building Department in July. It entered its second review cycle in April and is still under review as of this morning.
Coastal Construction is listed as the contractor on the permit.
Midtown 7 is planned to include:
- 389 residential units
- 28,000 square feet of ground floor retail space
- 501 parking spaces
- Developer AMLI recently completed the AMLI Wynwood development nearby, which includes 316 apartments.
