The 33-story Crosby Miami Worldcenter has received its first coat of paint and is approaching its topping off, as reported by contractor Beauchamp Construction Co.
The groundbreaking for the tower occurred in January 2023.
The Crosby is set to reach a height of 390 feet and will feature:
450 condo units (permitting short-term rentals)
Over 22,000 square feet of amenities
A rooftop bar and restaurant
3,370 square feet of retail space
All units in the tower have already been sold.
While no new parking garage is being constructed, residents will have access to parking facilities elsewhere within Worldcenter.
