Juvia Group is preparing to introduce Solana, a new rooftop restaurant and bar inspired by European cuisine, at The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami.
This unique culinary venture is a collaboration involving Rosso Development, Standard International, Midtown Development, and Juvia Group, aimed at delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and buyers in the vibrant Midtown area. Construction is progressing steadily, with the building approaching its final stages.
Solana will occupy approximately 6,000 square feet atop The Standard Residences, boasting its own street-level entrance and a sophisticated ambiance complemented by a 60-foot resort-style sunset pool. Patrons can indulge in a diverse menu influenced by Riviera Cuisine and savor signature cocktails such as the 'Bonito Bubbling.'
The space's design is the creation of AD100 architect Manuel Clavel Rojo, embodying The Standard's renowned global aesthetic, celebrated from Hollywood to New York, London, Bangkok, and beyond.
Carlos Rosso, founder and CEO of Rosso Development, expressed enthusiasm about Juvia Group joining The Standard Residences. "Their rooftop concept epitomizes European dining excellence and promises to redefine Midtown's culinary scene," Rosso remarked. Jonas Millán, co-founder of Juvia Group, added, "We're thrilled to introduce one of our most vibrant European concepts to this dynamic location."
The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami are currently 95% pre-sold and are on track for completion in 2025.
