The restaurant, designed to offer a multi-sensory journey through the Aegean Islands, features a two-story layout that seamlessly transitions from serene days to magical evenings. Chef Michaël Michaelidis, the Head of Culinary at Riviera Dining Group, ensures that each dish starts with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, evolving with the seasons. Diners can expect fresh fish, prime meats, and homemade bread from a wood-fired oven, all crafted to awaken the senses and leave a lasting impression.
CASA NEOS will be open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, merging Mediterranean cuisine with innovative mixology and expert craftsmanship for an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.
