A phased foundation permit has been issued for the Miami Freedom Park construction site, as per Miami Building Department records.
The permit was granted to contractor Lemartec Corporation on June 5 by Miami’s Building Department.
Activity is already visible at the site.
Miami Freedom Park will ultimately feature a 25,000-seat multi-purpose MLS stadium, a 58-acre public park, over 1 million square feet of commercial retail, entertainment, amusement, and office space, along with three hotels totaling 750 rooms. The total project value is estimated at $1 billion.
