Last week, the Urban Development Review Board approved the Miami Riverbridge megaproject, featuring three towers.
An existing Hyatt Regency will be demolished to pave the way for the new development, which includes one tower that will serve as a new Hyatt Regency. Gencom is partnering with Hyatt on this venture.
Phase one of the project will consist of an 87-story, 1,046-foot supertall residential tower and a 62-story, 736-foot hospitality tower connected by a skybridge.
The third tower will be residential, rising 54 stories or 640 feet.
