Led by Valerio Morabito, Morabito Properties has expanded its presence in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District with the acquisition of an adjacent warehouse at 2150 NW Miami Court, further enriching its portfolio that already includes the fully-leased Wyncatcher I.
This expansion was facilitated by a $35 million refinancing loan from BridgeInvest, arranged by Berkadia’s Scott Wadler and Michael Basinski. The newly acquired property, named Wyncatcher II, will undergo transformation into a modern commercial center featuring event spaces, offices, and retail areas, with design by Vagabond Architecture.
Wyncatcher I, a two-story building spanning over 47,852 square feet, is slated to open this summer. It will showcase murals by VHILS, a prominent Portuguese artist, and architectural design by Arquitectonica. The building will house Knotel, a flexible workspace operator offering office spaces ranging from 3,976 to 37,427 square feet, as well as a restaurant with extensive indoor and outdoor dining options.
Wynwood, celebrated for its vibrant cultural scene, continues to attract leading companies and undergo ongoing development, including new residential and office spaces, alongside future plans for a Brightline railway station.
