A developer preparing to construct a Live Local apartment building in Wynwood has finalized an agreement to connect the new structure to the county’s water and sewer system. The development, known as Clara Wynwood according to the utilities agreement recorded on May 22, is slated to feature:
- 152 apartments
- 3,109 square feet of retail space
In January, Clara Homes, a real estate firm, announced the completion of its property purchase with plans for the apartment building. The new structure will stand approximately 200 feet tall and is designed by Kobi Karp.
Residents can expect a range of premium amenities, including 24-hour doormen and valet service. Additionally, the building will feature ground-floor retail spaces and Miami’s first rooftop paddle court. Under the Live Local Act, 40% of the units will be designated for workforce housing.
