Plans have been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration for the installation of two cranes at the 2900 Terrace site in Edgewater.
The filing was made on June 3.
According to the submission, the cranes are planned to reach 475 feet above ground level, or 484 feet above sea level.
Construction permitting for the tower is currently in progress with Miami’s Building Department. Officials began reviewing the plans on May 28, following the completion of the pre-screen process. No contractor has been assigned to the permit yet.
The 2900 Terrace project is set to include:
- 324 luxury apartments
- 8,000 square feet of full-service restaurant space
- 8,000 square feet of retail space
- Over 500 parking spaces
- Arquitectonica is the architect.
The developers are Oak Row Equities and LNDMRK.
