Plans have been submitted to Miami-Dade reviewers for a substantial Live Local project.
The project, named The HueHub or Holland Park, is set to encompass:
- 3,233 residential units
- 57,260 square feet of retail space
- 4,249 parking spaces
Multiple towers are envisioned, with the tallest reaching 37 stories. Currently, the property hosts one-story buildings serving residential, office, and church purposes.
Arquitectonica is the architectural firm behind the design.
The developer is 27th Ave Hollandpark Ecoresidences LLC.
Miami-Dade is in the process of planning the North Corridor Metrorail extension along NW 27th Avenue, with one of the proposed stations located at 83rd Street, just steps away from the development site.
