The foundation pour for JEM Private Residences, a soaring new tower at Miami Worldcenter, has been successfully completed, marking a major milestone in the project’s construction timeline. Vertical construction officially began on June 6.
The massive foundation pour took place on May 30, spanning 18 continuous hours. A total of 840 concrete loads were delivered, with 120 trucks operating in rotation to maintain the pace.
Once complete, JEM Private Residences will rise to over 700 feet, making it one of the tallest towers in the area. The building will feature condominiums beginning on the 43rd floor, with separately accessed apartments on the lower levels.
Naftali Group is leading the development, with Coastal Construction serving as the general contractor. Project completion is targeted for Q4 2027.
