Fresh Renderings Released for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, With $1B in Pre-Sales Secured
Swire Properties has unveiled new renderings of its highly anticipated Mandarin Oriental hotel and residential towers in Brickell, while also announcing a major sales milestone—over $1 billion in pre-sales, with the South Tower now 50% sold.
As part of the redevelopment, the existing 326-key Mandarin Oriental hotel is set to close at the end of next week to make way for demolition and new construction.
The project will include two towers designed by renowned architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox:
· The South Tower will feature 228 luxury residences
· The North Tower will become Mandarin Oriental’s new North American flagship hotel, alongside 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences
