June 2025 | Plans Submitted to UDRB for 233 Luxury Condominiums in Wynwood

Developers behind the Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences have officially submitted their proposal to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB), marking a key step forward for the highly anticipated luxury condo project.

Announced in April, with sales launching the same month, the development is planned to rise eight stories and will include:

  • 233 residential units
  • 11,153 square feet of office space
  • 27,314 square feet of ground-floor retail
  • A garage with 182 parking spaces

The developers are seeking a 30% parking reduction, proposing to contribute to a trust fund in lieu of building the full number of spaces required under Miami’s zoning code.

What sets Twenty Sixth & 2nd apart, according to its backers, is its status as Wynwood’s first luxury condominium offering deeded office suites in partnership with Airbnb—a unique blend of flexible living and working space aimed at modern buyers.

Cube3 is serving as the project’s architect, with PMG and LNDMRK Development leading the development team.

The UDRB is scheduled to review the plans at a public hearing on June 25.
