Brickell’s skyline is set to welcome an architectural standout as Ytech officially unveils plans for its newest luxury residential tower: Seven Broadway. Known for shaping some of Miami’s most distinctive residential landmarks, Ytech continues its design-driven legacy with this latest addition, reinforcing its commitment to visionary urban development.
Designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), with landscape architecture by Enea, Seven Broadway will embody contemporary elegance and thoughtful integration with its surroundings. The project’s recent submission to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board marks a pivotal milestone and underscores Ytech’s ambition to help define the next chapter in Miami’s vertical living experience.
While Seven Broadway represents the next step in Ytech’s evolution, the firm’s transformative impact is already visible in The Residences at 1428 Brickell—a 70-story architectural marvel currently under construction just steps away. As the world’s first high-rise partially powered by solar energy, the tower features over 500 photovoltaic panels embedded into its western façade—its striking “Solar Backbone.” These panels not only generate renewable energy but also create a luminous glow as the sun sets over the bay.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell will comprise just under 200 expansive homes, including grand two-bedroom residences and a 12,000-square-foot penthouse with 30-foot ceilings and a $60 million price tag. Interiors are designed by ACPV Architects, and the building’s amenity offering will span over 80,000 square feet, including rooftop pools, wellness suites, private dining rooms, and a wine-tasting salon—all curated to deliver a lifestyle of elevated refinement.
Slated for completion in 2027, 1428 Brickell is redefining skyline living through a fusion of sustainability, luxury, and forward-thinking design.
