Ytech Unveils Plans for KPF-Designed ‘Seven Broadway’ Residential Tower in Brickell
Ytech has unveiled plans for Seven Broadway, a luxury residential tower set to rise in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Designed by globally acclaimed architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the development will occupy a prime site at 75 and 41 SW 15th Road, just steps from Brickell Avenue and surrounded by a dynamic blend of office, residential, and hospitality offerings.
The developer acquired the 0.3-acre site for approximately $8.2 million and secured $19.5 million in pre-development financing from Israel Discount Bank. Demolition is already underway. Although details on unit count and amenities have yet to be released, initial plans highlight unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami, along with a focus on enhanced walkability through lush tropical landscaping and widened sidewalks.
Plans for the project have been submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board. A construction timeline has not yet been announced.
