Site Work Permit Issued for Tower 91 Project in Miami’s Design District
Miami’s Building Department has approved a site work permit for the Tower 91 development, also referred to as Cassi, clearing the way for initial construction activity to begin.
The project is being developed by Design District Associates and Prinz Corner LLC, affiliated entities of DACRA. The site is located at 91–93 NE 36 Street. While a master construction permit and phased vertical permit remain under review, recent progress includes completion of a utilities agreement.
According to previous filings, Tower 91/Cassi will include:
· 107 residential units
· 15,981 square feet of retail space
· 6,849 square feet for a full-service restaurant
· 227 parking spaces
Elkus Manfredi is serving as design architect, with Cube3 as the architect of record.
DACRA CEO Craig Robins recently told Bloomberg that ground-breaking on a new rental project was imminent, though the specific development was not named.
