Ytech Unveils Plans for Luxury Residential Tower in Brickell by KPF
Developer Ytech is advancing plans for a new luxury residential tower in Brickell, officially named Seven Broadway. The developer has submitted the project for review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board, marking a significant step toward realizing the high-end development.
Designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) of New York, the tower promises to deliver a striking addition to Miami’s skyline. Landscape architecture will be led by the acclaimed Swiss firm Enea, known for its sophisticated, nature-integrated designs.
“This residential tower is the result of years of thoughtful study, design refinement, and a deep commitment to creating enduring architecture,” said Yamal Yidios, CEO of Ytech. “Our focus remains clear: to design with intention, build with integrity, and uphold an unwavering standard of quality. With the Board’s support, we look forward to contributing to Miami’s architectural evolution – and fulfilling our role in shaping the future it represents.”
Seven Broadway is positioned to further elevate Brickell’s reputation as a center for innovative architecture and refined urban living. Additional project details are expected to be released following review board proceedings.
