Germany-based lifestyle hospitality brand The Cloud One Hotels has officially launched sales for The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood, its first residential project and ground-up development in the United States. Located at 2215 NW 1st Place in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, the project brings high-end condominium living infused with à-la-carte hotel services to one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Offering unobstructed views of the Miami skyline, the development features interiors by acclaimed design studio MAWD | March and White Design, a curated collection of experiential amenities, and immediate access to world-class dining, nightlife, and culture. Pricing starts in the high $500,000s, and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusively managing sales and marketing.
With demolition complete and groundbreaking planned for later this year, the development is scheduled for completion in late 2027.
A Global Collaboration
The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood is being developed by a joint venture including Motel One Group, a Munich-based hospitality firm with 100 hotels across 13 countries; Ralf Büschl, Founder and Chairman of BÜSCHL Group of Companies; and Sebastian Lüdke, Founder of ALP.X Group. Fortis Design + Build of Miami is serving as the local development manager.
This project marks a significant milestone for The Cloud One Hotels: not only is it the brand’s first residential offering, but it also represents its first ground-up construction in the U.S. The move builds on The Cloud One’s recent U.S. expansion, following the opening of its New York City location in late 2022.
Elevated Living Meets European Design
The eight-story building, spanning half a city block, will include 85 branded residences located on the top three floors, ranging from 450 to over 2,200 square feet. The offerings include studios to three-bedroom loft-style homes, as well as 15 exclusive duplex penthouses with soaring 22-foot ceilings. Each residence will be supported by à-la-carte hotel services and a private, residents-only entrance and lobby.
The architectural vision—led by HWKN Architecture in collaboration with ODP Architecture and Design—reflects Wynwood’s bold, artistic spirit and Miami’s tropical modernism. Goldman Global Arts, the creative force behind the Wynwood Walls, will curate a selection of murals for the building’s colorful façade.
Interior design by MAWD brings together exposed concrete, natural materials like wild oak and bronze, and Cuban Modernism-inspired industrial elements, all layered with lush greenery and ambient lighting. The result is a style that is grounded, refined, and unmistakably Wynwood.
World-Class Amenities
At the heart of the development is a lushly landscaped rooftop retreat, featuring panoramic skyline views, a resort-style pool, food and beverage service, and an indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar.
