Address: 500 South Pointe Dr Suite 160, Miami Beach, FL 33139

Venturing beyond its roots in New York City, Kissaki, the esteemed Japanese omakase restaurant, has planted its first outpost in the upscale South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach.

Driven by a commitment to sharing the essence of Japanese cuisine, Kissaki prides itself on meticulous sourcing and unparalleled quality. With its own fishery and wildlife license, the restaurant ensures that each bite of fish originates directly from Japan, embodying the true essence of authenticity.

Garry Kanfer, the visionary behind Kissaki, expresses his enthusiasm for this expansion, stating, "Bringing the Kissaki experience to Miami Beach is a thrilling endeavor. The city's diverse culinary landscape perfectly complements our mission of upholding sushi tradition amidst a captivating dining ambiance."

At the Miami Beach location, guests can embark on a gastronomic odyssey with a choice between a 15-course menu priced at $150 per person or a ten-course omakase experience at $100 per person. For a truly immersive dining adventure, opt for the "Omakase Trolley," where the culinary team presents a curated selection of seven dishes, including dessert, directly at your table for $95 per person. Executive Chef Edgar Valerio, renowned for his tenure at New York City's Michelin-starred Jewel Bako, curates a menu designed to tantalize the senses, featuring culinary delights like Kampa crudo, Hokkaido scallops, and uni pasta.

Chef Valerio remarks, "Kissaki's dining experience is a carefully choreographed journey, blending tradition with innovation. Our menu invites guests to embark on a sensory exploration, celebrating the artistry of Japanese cuisine."

Stepping into Kissaki's interior space, guests are enveloped in an ambiance that seamlessly merges Japanese-inspired aesthetics with Miami's chic vibrancy. Designed by Lauren Jayne Design, the space exudes an air of sophistication with its fusion of minimalistic elements, warm earthy tones, and lush foliage, reminiscent of the atmospheric drinking dens of Japan.
