A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held for The Rider Residences, a 12-story condominium development located at 94 NE 29th Street, at the crossroads of Miami's Midtown and Wynwood neighborhoods. Developed jointly by Miami-based firms Rilea Group and Ciprés, the project will feature 146 fully furnished, turn-key residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, with sizes between 386 and 1,612 square feet. Prices start in the $500,000s and go up to $1.9 million.
The Rider Residences will offer flexible rental terms, including short-term rentals, and will provide amenities such as a rooftop pool, saunas, a Turkish hammam, a fitness center, a recovery room, a dog spa, a lounge with a vinyl record player, and an exclusive rooftop bar for residents.
The development is approximately 30% pre-sold, with half of those buyers being end users.
Construction is expected to be completed in late 2026 or early 2027.
The Rider Residences is located one block from the planned Wynwood high-speed rail station, providing easy access to regional destinations such as Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Orlando.
