Developers Kushner Companies and PTM Partners have finalized a utilities agreement to connect 872 new apartments at 1900 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami to the water and sewer system. This development is part of the Edgewater Collective project, which includes three towers totaling nearly 1,300 apartments.
The first tower, located at 2000 Biscayne Boulevard, stands 36 stories tall with 420 apartments and celebrated its grand opening in September 2024. By December 2024, it was over 50% leased.
The new towers at 1900 Biscayne are planned to include 872 apartments, 6,479 square feet of full-service restaurant space, and 5,323 square feet of retail space.
The estimated connection fee is $846,719.67, with an additional Biscayne Basin Sanitary Sewer Special Connection Charge of $513,603.92.
