National developer PMG and E11EVEN® Partners have announced the topping-off of E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences Miami, marking a significant milestone for the resort-style, entertainment-driven development in Downtown Miami’s Park West District 11 neighborhood. This achievement brings future residents closer to experiencing the unique luxury lifestyle the project offers.
E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences Miami is the first of two towers to reach this milestone, while construction on the second tower, E11EVEN® Club Residences Beyond, has now surpassed the parking podium phase.
Located in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Park West neighborhood, this dual-tower development is a collaboration between PMG and E11EVEN® Partners, introducing a first-of-its-kind entertainment-focused destination in the Southeastern United States. The impressive 65-story towers are designed by the renowned Sieger Suarez Architects, with interiors curated by award-winning design firm AvroKO.
The first tower, E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences, offers a mix of turnkey residences and hotel accommodations, while E11EVEN® Club Residences Beyond will feature exclusive condominiums. Floorplans across both towers range from studios to two-bedroom units, complemented by a presidential collection and penthouse suites. Each unit boasts fully integrated smart building features, Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom ITALKRAFT Italian cabinetry, high-end finishes, and designer-selected furnishings.
Residents of E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences will enjoy a wealth of amenities, including a Chopra Spa & Studio, a five-star restaurant collection by Riviera Dining Group, a casino-style sports lounge, a world-class med spa, a rooftop pool and bar, and an E11EVEN® Day Club and Pool located on the 11th floor.
In addition to these amenities, E11EVEN® Club Residences Beyond residents will have exclusive access to private facilities, including a helipad, a signature restaurant, fully staffed executive office suites, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a two-level pool deck. E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences is expected to be completed in 2025, with E11EVEN® Club Residences Beyond set to follow in 2026.
