Miami’s Building Department has approved a phased vertical permit for the 50-story St. Regis Residences in Brickell.
According to the developer, structural foundation work and vertical construction are scheduled to commence between May and June. The project’s groundbreaking ceremony took place in November, with foundation work currently in progress.
In September, developers Related Group and Integra Investments secured $527 million in financing to support the tower’s construction.
Designed by the esteemed Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the luxury condominium tower is expected to be completed by 2027.
