Summit Brickell Moves Forward with Construction Permitting
The 65-story Summit Brickell tower has officially entered the construction permitting phase.
A permit application was submitted to Miami-Dade County in late February, and the review process is now underway. Turner Construction is listed as the project's contractor.
Miami-Dade completed zoning review for the tower late last year.
Project Highlights
Summit Brickell will feature:
- 505 residential units
- 1,933 square feet of ground-floor retail space
- 500 parking spaces within an internalized garage
- A 750-foot tower height spanning 65 stories
The FAA has granted approval for both the tower’s permanent height and a 989-foot temporary construction crane needed for development.
