Miami’s Building Department has approved a tree permit for the future site of the 41-story HUB Miami tower, marking another step toward construction.
The permit, granted on March 12, allows for the removal of 18 trees.
Additional permits for site work, vertical construction, and a master construction permit are currently in process. Demolition at the site appears to be complete.
The planned HUB Miami tower will feature:
- 306 fully furnished condos with short-term rental flexibility
- 245,000 square feet of Class-A office space
ODP is the architect, while the project is being developed by The John Buck Company, Florida Value Partners, BH Group, and PEBB Enterprises.
