Continuum Company Launches Continuum 12000 Sport & Wellness Residences in North Miami
Continuum Company, the New York- and Miami-based real estate development firm behind one of South Beach’s most iconic waterfront communities, has unveiled Continuum 12000 Sport & Wellness Residences, a new luxury tower rising at 12000 North Bayshore Drive along the North Miami waterfront. Construction is expected to begin in 2027.
