North Development Introduces House of Wellness, Launching Sales for Its First Project in Brickell
North Development has unveiled House of Wellness, a new residential brand centered on integrated wellness and high-design urban living — created to make wellness-focused lifestyles more accessible. The brand’s inaugural project, House of Wellness Brickell, officially launches sales this month.
The new concept builds on the success of North Development’s first residential platform, Domus FLATS, which experienced strong demand and sellout performance across multiple projects. Expanding on that foundation, House of Wellness introduces a flexible condominium model that merges wellness programming, hospitality-inspired services, and efficient, design-forward residences tailored to modern urban living.
At the core of the concept is the brand’s Integrated Wellness Method — a structured, ongoing program embedded into everyday life. The system connects personalized health assessments, curated services, and community-based programming into one cohesive residential experience.

The 34-story tower will offer more than 22,000 square feet of dedicated wellness, fitness, and lifestyle amenities. A rooftop deck on the 35th floor anchors the experience, featuring a rooftop club room with sweeping city and bay views.
Each resident begins with a comprehensive wellness assessment to establish a personalized baseline, followed by ongoing evaluations to measure progress. On-site professionals provide access to tailored health and fitness programs, supported by guided programming and overseen by a dedicated Lifestyle Director who curates wellness, social, and educational events. The experience is further enhanced through intelligent technology and a proprietary wellness app, ensuring programming remains active, measurable, and seamlessly integrated into daily routines.
Wellness and lifestyle amenities include a full-service spa with hammam, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge; indoor and outdoor fitness facilities; treatment rooms; co-working spaces; social lounges; a juice bar and pantry; a podcast studio; hair salon; ground-floor urban lounge; and pet-friendly features including a dog spa and dog park.
Located at 152 SW 9th Street in Brickell — adjacent to The Underline and the Metromover and within walking distance of Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre — the project sits in the center of Miami’s most connected urban neighborhood. The building will house 656 condominium residences, offering a curated mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts starting at $390,000.

The development will feature a building-wide water purification system in partnership with CLEAR. Architecture is led by MC+G Studio, with interiors by Urban Robot. Residences are intentionally designed with efficient layouts and bold, contemporary finishes to deliver a highly livable, design-driven urban environment. The property will be professionally operated by North Management, the firm’s in-house management division.
