Ripco Real Estate, a New York-based retail brokerage, has acquired Miami's Acre, a firm renowned for its role in leasing some of South Florida's premier mixed-use projects.
Marty Arrivo and Aracibo Quintana, Acre's lead brokers, who have successfully brought brands like H&M, West Elm, and Nike to several flagship mixed-use projects in South Florida, will transition to Ripco. They will be accompanied by two additional brokers and will relocate to Ripco's Miami office at 1221 Brickell Ave., which was established in 2021.
