Two tower cranes have now been installed at the construction site of the 100-story Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami tower.
The Waldorf Astoria Miami is set to rise 100 stories, reaching a height of 1,038 feet above ground and 1,049 feet above sea level, making it the tallest building ever constructed in Miami.
The building will feature 360 residential units and 205 guestrooms and suites.
Groundbreaking occurred in October 2022, with site and foundation work ongoing since then.
A phased vertical permit was issued in January of this year.
