A tower crane has now been installed at the construction site of one of Brickell's tallest buildings, the Baccarat Residences.
The Baccarat Residences will rise 75 stories, reaching 848 feet above ground and 852 feet above sea level.
Construction began in October 2023.
A March FAA filing indicates plans for two cranes at the site, with eventual heights of 887 feet and 906 feet above ground.
Additionally, construction is ongoing for a second tower on the property, Viceroy Brickell, which will feature 420 condos in a 45-story building.
