Wynhouse Miami has nearly completed its glass installation, according to a recent photo.
Construction of the 8-story building started last summer, with a topping-off ceremony held in March.
The project is financed by a $117.5 million loan from JP Morgan Chase and affiliates of Canyon Partners.
Wynhouse will feature:
- 308 rental residences
- Approximately 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail
- Nearly 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities
- 107 parking spaces
The development also includes two pedestrian paseos designed to encourage interaction between residents, public spaces, and ground-floor retail.
Nichols is the architect, with ID & Design International handling the interior design of residences and Rockwell Group designing the amenities.
The developer is Fisher Brothers.
Substantial completion is expected by January 2025.
