Edgewater's 2900 Terrace apartment tower has entered the construction permitting phase.
The construction permit application for the tower was submitted to Miami’s Building Department on April 26 and progressed to pre-screening on May 1. Currently, no contractor has been assigned.
According to records, Miami Planning & Zoning reviewers issued a final decision on the necessary zoning waivers for the new tower on April 29.
Plans for 2900 Terrace include:
- 324 luxury apartments
- 8,000 square feet of full-service restaurant space
- 8,000 square feet of retail space
- Over 500 parking spaces
Arquitectonica is the project's architect.
The development is being led by Oak Row Equities and LNDMRK.
