Construction Kicks Off on 803-Unit Dual-Tower Development Near Brickell City Centre
Site work is now underway on a major two-tower project rising just steps from Brickell City Centre. The development will bring a total of 803 residential units to the area across two distinct buildings:
· One Twenty Brickell Residences, featuring 266 for-sale condominiums
· Sentral Brickell, offering 537 multifamily rental units
The towers will rise 37 and 41 stories, connected by a shared podium structure.
Developer PMG recently secured $413 million in construction financing and marked the official start of the project with a groundbreaking ceremony.
Completion is targeted for 2028, further adding to the growth of Miami’s booming Brickell district.
