A construction financing sign was recently installed at the site of the Brickell Gateway project, signaling progress on the upcoming high-rise development.
Jointly developed by Atlantic Pacific and Gazit Horizons, the project will feature a 61-story tower rising 761 feet, prominently located within view of Brickell City Centre.
Over the past several years, plans for Brickell Gateway have been advancing through the planning and permitting process with Miami-Dade County.
The development is set to include 504 residential units, 18,287 square feet of retail space, and a parking garage with 344 spaces.
