Construction Progress Continues at Una Residences in Brickell
Work is ongoing at Una Residences, a luxury condominium tower in Brickell that topped off last year. Rising 47 stories and reaching a height of 579 feet, Una is among the tallest buildings in its part of the neighborhood.
Designed by the renowned architecture firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, the tower will feature approximately 135 residential units. Construction began in fall 2020, and included the creation of Miami’s deepest—and most expensive—underground parking garage. The 236-space garage extends nearly 50 feet and three levels below sea level.
A public baywalk is also planned along the waterfront behind the property. The project is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International.
