May 2025: Foundation Pour Finished for Copper-Clad Tower in Edgewater

The foundation pour for the Villa Miami tower in Edgewater was completed over the weekend, according to a post by C&C Concrete Pumping on Instagram.

Site work for the project began in September, followed by a formal groundbreaking in December. The first tower crane was installed in April.

Villa Miami is envisioned as an ultra-luxury, copper-clad tower rising to 650 feet. The boutique development will feature just 70 condominium residences, offering exclusivity and high-end living.

Amenities will include a three-story residents' club known as The Copper Club, a rooftop helipad, and a waterfront restaurant.

The project is being designed by ODP Architecture, with Moss Construction serving as the general contractor. Developers include Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group.
